2. Measurement at powering (Commissioning)
A running authorized electrician B1V is authorized to realize tests in the neighbourhood of the voltage.
He is responsible for his own safety and necessarily has to arm himself before any intervention with personal protective equipment (PPE).
He must respect the SPI (Safety Permanent Instruction) of the machine on which he intervenes.
Method : 1st step:
Using a voltmeter, iIt is necessary to check the power sources arriving upstream to the devices of protection. These being opened, it is necessary to note the values of voltage between phases, and between phases and neutral. To validate a test, the expected result should be known. For example, upstream to a disconnecting switch, between phases we have to recover 400V. If the measured voltage is different from the expected result, the test cannot be validated. |
Method : 2nd step:
The voltage sources of the upstream network are correct; we can close the disconnecting head switch to check the power supplies VLVS* primary and secondary of the transformer. If they are in accordance with the expected results, we move to the next step. * VLVS: Very Low Voltage Safety |
Method : 3rd step:
Method : 4th step:
If the previous step is validated, the cabinet is closed and locked. IPE are no longer used. The total test of the equipment can be realized. If the operation does not comply, the modifications will be carried realized switched off without IPE. |
