[SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC TEACHER MISSION WEBINAR – SESI 2]

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received the batch 1 with 19 vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Electrical Installation. The trainees will follow 4 weeks training course from February to March 2023. Our Co-Director and Technical Expert of France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, presented the CoE EARE project and the French education system. He also demonstrated the SENAR project with Virtual Reality for learning. These learning innovations, which aim to help SMK teachers to use the Schneider Electric equipment received in their schools, awakening a lot of interest from the trainees. Currently, we are analyzing the results of the feedback that we have distributed in several vocational high schools (SMK).

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was delighted to welcome the delegation from New Caledonia, accompanied by Bernadette Thomas, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse (MENJ) and Mathilde Croquet, Institut Français Indonesia (IFI). We were able to present the CoE's project on our premises hosted by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, as well as to visit our valued partner, SMKN 1 Cimahi for a constructive exchange with the teaching teams and students. The delegation from New Caledonia, comprising : Didier VIN-DATICHE Vice-Rector Isabel ARELLANO, European and international relations and cooperating / Cultural and artistic action Sabrina ELMOUR, National Education inspector for Literature and English Frank COGNET, National Education Inspector for Technical Education Christophe BERGER, Headmaster from Auguste Escoffier High School Who carried out this exploratory mission to build educational cooperation in several vocational specialties. The possibilities are numerous, thanks to the geniality of the SMKN 1 Cimahi and Ibu Dewi (Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat) teams. Our co-director and technical expert from France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, had the opportunity to visit one of the schools renovated by HP Education. The objective of this visit is to continue our cooperation between CoE EARE, HP Education and SEI, for the equipment of a new laboratory. On this occasion, we were able to observe a primary school class with students in full activity and to get an idea of the materials that could be used in our laboratory. We would like to thank Aswita W. Saragih Florence Lim Lai Alvin Reza Keany Edessias and all the members of Baru State Elementary School 1 for this wonderful visit. And a big thank you to all the students for their warm welcome!
