Visit from Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD)

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is currently hosting Hanif Adjani Prasanna Putra, a student from Universitas Padjadjaran for a three (3) month internship from March to early May 2023, to carry out translations of educational resources. Indeed, Hanif is helping us to translate from French to Indonesian, the educational resources created by French experts from different CMQ (Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications) partners of the CoE. At the end of the day, teachers and students from vocational high schools (SMK), will be able to directly use practical activities adapted to the Schneider Electric equipment received in their school. Schneider Electric Cikarang Factory Plant conducted a recruitment test in some schools. The recruitment test process is conducted online and offline. On one hand, we held an offline recruitment test in SMKN 26 Jakarta, SMKM 1 Cikarang Selatan and SMKN 1 Adiwerna Tegal. On the other hand, we held an online recruitment test in SMKN 1 Cirebon. This recruitment test, which aim to help SMK students to obtain a job at Schneider Electric for the position of production operator and final quality control, awakening a lot of interest from the students.

French Delegation from CMQ PlastiCampus and Microtechniques & Systèmes Intelligents The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy & BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud were delighted to receive a delegation of 6 French experts from the Plasticampus Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications & Campus des métiers et des qualifications Microtechniques et Systèmes Intelligents who will be staying in Indonesia for 12 days. After 2 days in Jakarta, where the delegation was warmly received by the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia) and the SMKN 26. The delegation is now at the CoE in Bandung. The objective of visit is to work on pedagogical ressources on Schneider Electric materials, create virtual platform for students & invite SMK teachers to do a training in France. We hope we can maximize the potential of this collaboration!
