Visit to Schneider Electric Indonesia headquarters in Jakarta

On 9th September 2022, The Electrical Engineering Study Program of the University Of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), precisely from CoE (Center of Excellence) Solar Power Plant (PLTS) just held a visit activity in order to seek the potential collaboration with Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy. In this occasion, we had the opportunity to present our facilites and our equipment in order to establish the new cooperation such as internship at Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy. We are looking forward for the further initiatives and establish future collaboration.

After spending the first week with Campus des métiers et des qualifications PlastiCampus, we had an opportunity to spend another week with Campus des métiers et des qualifications Microtechniques et Systèmes Intelligents On this occasion, we visited several vocational schools and French industries in order to exchange with them regarding the formation proposed, practical activity, teaching method and also study & work manner. For about 6 months, Mame Diarra THIAM, French intern from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, has been interning at Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy. In the 4th week of July, she had the opportunity to present her final presentation of the EnergyLab project which develop simulation of pedagogical tools using EcoStruxure XR OA from Schneider Electric. Her study objects are EV Charger, PLC and Sensor.
