Visit to Schneider Electric Indonesia headquarters in Jakarta

Schneider Electric Cikarang Factory Plant conducted a recruitment test in some schools. The recruitment test process is conducted online and offline. On one hand, we held an offline recruitment test in SMKN 26 Jakarta, SMKM 1 Cikarang Selatan and SMKN 1 Adiwerna Tegal. On the other hand, we held an online recruitment test in SMKN 1 Cirebon. This recruitment test, which aim to help SMK students to obtain a job at Schneider Electric for the position of production operator and final quality control, awakening a lot of interest from the students.

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is currently hosting Hanif Adjani Prasanna Putra, a student from Universitas Padjadjaran for a three (3) month internship from March to early May 2023, to carry out translations of educational resources. Indeed, Hanif is helping us to translate from French to Indonesian, the educational resources created by French experts from different CMQ (Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications) partners of the CoE. At the end of the day, teachers and students from vocational high schools (SMK), will be able to directly use practical activities adapted to the Schneider Electric equipment received in their school. Schneider Electric, as a global company in the digital transformation of energy management and transformation, collaborated with the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture to establish the Centre of Excellence in Electricity, Automation, and Renewable Energy. The Expert Staff of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the field of Innovation and Competitiveness, Ananto Kusuma Seta, said that the launch was a follow-up action program for the cooperation agreement between the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, the French Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, French Schneider Electric Foundation, and PT Schneider Indonesia.
