CoE EARE at Business Partner Meeting by Schneider Electric

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is honoured to had the opportunity to attend the Schneider Electric Business Partner Event in early March.

On this occasion, we presented CoE EARE to Schneider Electric's business partners. The objective of our presence was to strengthen the links between all business partners and CoE in order to facilitate the access to internships or employment for our SMK partner students.

We would like to thank Roberto Rossi, Astri Ramayanti Dharmawan, Hedi Santoso, Aswita W. Saragih from Schneider Electric Indonesia who helped us to carry out this project.

SMK PK Visit in Riau

In the context of supervising the SMK Center of Excellence (SMK PK) program rom the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Co-director of CoE EARE, Manuel Azibi together with the Head of the Electricity Department of BBPMPPV BMTI, Tubagus Kurniawan, had the opportunity to visit two vocational schools in Riau province on December 7, 2021.

Ancora Foundation's visit

On Wednesday 16 August 2023, The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy and BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud had an honor to receive Ahmad Zakky Habibie, Ratri Pratiwi & Dina Fatia from Ancora Foundation. Ancora Foundation is a philantrophic organization with an overriding objective to light fire in the minds of the young Indonesia through education. The purpose of this visit is to see our facilities and also to discuss some issues regarding the education. Also, thank you to Aswita W. Saragih & Ancora Foundation for the overwhelming support that made this bilateral project success.

MoU between Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant & SMKN 2 Bawang

CoE EARE is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant and one of CoE's SMKs, SMKN 2 Bawang. This partnership represents a successful collaboration between industry and vocational schools. The aim of the partnership is to increase employee engagement through student internships, employment opportunities and on-the-job training for teachers. In terms of education, we organise seminars or sharing sessions with experts and we establish links with the curriculum, so that teachers and students can familiarise themselves with Schneider Electric's tools and standards of work (SOPs). As a result, they will be better prepared to work in SE.
