Of course, one of the main objectives of the CoE is to increase the competence of students in SMK by training and equipping teachers. But it is also important for the CoE to - to listen to the expectations of the companies in terms of expected skills. - to propose internships to improve professionalization - to be interested in the employability of these students. - to take stock of current job offers. It is in this context that the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy warmly welcomed Mr. Joko Sutopo, Director of the Schneider Electric Cikarang plant and his team, on Friday 4 November 2022. The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is currently hosting Hanif Adjani Prasanna Putra, a student from Universitas Padjadjaran for a three (3) month internship from March to early May 2023, to carry out translations of educational resources. Indeed, Hanif is helping us to translate from French to Indonesian, the educational resources created by French experts from different CMQ (Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications) partners of the CoE. At the end of the day, teachers and students from vocational high schools (SMK), will be able to directly use practical activities adapted to the Schneider Electric equipment received in their school. On Friday, February 18, 2022, Schneider Electric Indonesia invited a team from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia to visit the Center of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy in Cimahi.
