Final Presentation of French Intern

On Tuesday 16 May 2023, France and Indonesia held a successful Governing Board Meeting (GBM) at the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia). The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud), the Ministry of National Education and Youth, Schneider Electric Indonesia, the Schneider Electric Foundation and the French Embassy in Indonesia participated in this meeting.

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was delighted to welcome the delegation from New Caledonia, accompanied by Bernadette Thomas, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse (MENJ) and Mathilde Croquet, Institut Français Indonesia (IFI). We were able to present the CoE's project on our premises hosted by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, as well as to visit our valued partner, SMKN 1 Cimahi for a constructive exchange with the teaching teams and students. The delegation from New Caledonia, comprising : Didier VIN-DATICHE Vice-Rector Isabel ARELLANO, European and international relations and cooperating / Cultural and artistic action Sabrina ELMOUR, National Education inspector for Literature and English Frank COGNET, National Education Inspector for Technical Education Christophe BERGER, Headmaster from Auguste Escoffier High School Who carried out this exploratory mission to build educational cooperation in several vocational specialties. The possibilities are numerous, thanks to the geniality of the SMKN 1 Cimahi and Ibu Dewi (Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat) teams. For almost 4 months, Cédric Hénon, French intern from ESIROI [École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Réunion Océan Indien], has been interning at Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy. In the 4th week of August, he had the opportunity to do his internship at Schneider Electric Indonesia's Head Office in Jakarta for a week. On 25 August 2022, the intern made a final presentation of the XR Operator Advisor project. We would like to thank Roberto Rossi and Astri Ramayanti Dharmawan for attending the final presentation. The XR OA project was initiated by Marie Castella (Innovative & Inclusive Training Lead from Schneider Electric France), supervised by Manuel AZIBI (Co-Director of CoE EARE) and supported by Aswita W. Saragih (Education Business Development from Schneider Electric Indonesia). We hope that this innovative project, which aims to test the use of XR OA software in education, will help learners in the future. Cédric Hénon is almost at the end of his internship. We would like to thank him for his hard work and we wish him all the best for his next steps !
