Courtesy Visit Indonesia – France (Education Partnership)

In order to strengthen cooperation between France and Indonesia, The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy and BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud were very thrilled to received special attention from Gwenaelle Avice-Huet, Global Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer of Schneider Electric Global through the courtesy visit Indonesia - France, Education Partnership on March 25, 2023.

We would like to thank the presence of the Secretary Directorate General of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Mr. Saryadi Guyatno, the Country President of Schneider Electric Indonesia, Mr. Roberto Rossi, the Cultural Counsellor of the French Embassy, Mr. Stéphane Dovert.

As a reminder, the CoE EARE project, which started in 2018, is a collaborative project between Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia), Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse and Schneider Electric. Since the beginning of the programme, about 24,800 students and 1,396 teachers have been reached and 144 vocational schools have benefited.

It is also a place for creative and innovative projects, notably around Virtual and Augmented Reality for Education. It is also a place of exchange for many partnerships between Indonesia and France.

The CoE EARE co-director, Manuel AZIBI, France Éducation international, French Ministry of Education, would like to thank all the partners for their support and for coming.

Visit from New Caledonia Delegation

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was delighted to welcome the delegation from New Caledonia, accompanied by Bernadette Thomas, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse (MENJ) and Mathilde Croquet, Institut Français Indonesia (IFI). We were able to present the CoE's project on our premises hosted by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, as well as to visit our valued partner, SMKN 1 Cimahi for a constructive exchange with the teaching teams and students. The delegation from New Caledonia, comprising : Didier VIN-DATICHE Vice-Rector Isabel ARELLANO, European and international relations and cooperating / Cultural and artistic action Sabrina ELMOUR, National Education inspector for Literature and English Frank COGNET, National Education Inspector for Technical Education Christophe BERGER, Headmaster from Auguste Escoffier High School Who carried out this exploratory mission to build educational cooperation in several vocational specialties. The possibilities are numerous, thanks to the geniality of the SMKN 1 Cimahi and Ibu Dewi (Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat) teams. We would like to thank you for your superb exchanges and for the highly motivating joint project prospects!

CoE EARE at Business Partner Meeting by Schneider Electric

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is honoured to had the opportunity to attend the Schneider Electric Business Partner Event in early March. On this occasion, we presented CoE EARE to Schneider Electric's business partners. The objective of our presence was to strengthen the links between all business partners and CoE in order to facilitate the access to internships or employment for our SMK partner students.

Opening of Renewable Energy Training for BLK Instructors

GFA Consulting Group, which was mandated by the Swiss government, again sent trainees to the Center of Excellence. This time, it's the turn of instructors from Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK or Vocational Training Center) who will take part in the Advanced Solar Energy Training for a duration of two weeks starting from February 14 to 25, 2022.
