Centre of Excellence received 10 vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Electrical Installation Batch 2. The trainees will follow 6 weeks training course starting from 14 July 2022.
We had the occasion to present the CoE EARE project, the French educational system, the SENAR project and the EcoStruxure XR Operator Advisor project that our intern is working on. The trainees were very interested in knowing more about vocational education in France to improve their teaching methods.
Last week, our Co-Director, Manuel AZIBI, France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, had a honor to be part of Solar Industry Meet-Up with GIZ Indonesia & ASEAN and Schneider Electric in Kupang, NTT.
The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was delighted to welcome the delegation from New Caledonia, accompanied by Bernadette Thomas, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse (MENJ) and Mathilde Croquet, Institut Français Indonesia (IFI). We were able to present the CoE's project on our premises hosted by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, as well as to visit our valued partner, SMKN 1 Cimahi for a constructive exchange with the teaching teams and students. The delegation from New Caledonia, comprising : Didier VIN-DATICHE Vice-Rector Isabel ARELLANO, European and international relations and cooperating / Cultural and artistic action Sabrina ELMOUR, National Education inspector for Literature and English Frank COGNET, National Education Inspector for Technical Education Christophe BERGER, Headmaster from Auguste Escoffier High School Who carried out this exploratory mission to build educational cooperation in several vocational specialties. The possibilities are numerous, thanks to the geniality of the SMKN 1 Cimahi and Ibu Dewi (Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat) teams. The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from SMK 1 Sukatani Purwakarta, West Java, to our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. This visit was supervised by Mr. Didi Kurniadi, our master trainer, and the CoE EARE team. During the visit we had the opportunity to present and explain our facilities and laboratories. On this occasion, our trainer demonstrated the operation of the systems to explain the usefulness of the equipment. Thank you for your visit, and we hope to have inspired some vocations in these young people!
