Centre of Excellence received 10 vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Electrical Installation Batch 2. The trainees will follow 6 weeks training course starting from 14 July 2022.
We had the occasion to present the CoE EARE project, the French educational system, the SENAR project and the EcoStruxure XR Operator Advisor project that our intern is working on. The trainees were very interested in knowing more about vocational education in France to improve their teaching methods.
The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy has conduct the fifth SENAR application test of the digital innovation technology based on Augmented Reality at vocational schools, SMKN 34 Jakarta. Therefore, the business and work in the field of applications are needed. This application could bring students to learn how to utilize an equipment through simulator, especially in the electrical, automation and renewable energy field. We would like to thank the presence of the International technical Expert in Vocational Education, Ms. Agnès Dovert, the Secretary General of Indonesian Ministry of Education team and Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia) team who attend this event. It was an honor for Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from teachers from SMKN 1 Cirebon, Jawa Barat at our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, Friday (07/10/2022). The visit was received by Mr. Tatang Sukendar as the Master Trainer and the CoE EARE’s team. In this occasion, as usual we presented our facilites and laboratories in order to show and explain the utility of our equipment. The presentation was interesting and the teachers were amazed to see all this sophisticated equipment. Actually, SMKN 1 Cirebon is one of our equipped schools in the field of industrial automation. The purpose of the visit was to observe the equipment of the CoE EARE laboratories. Through this visit, we hoped that we could conduct other collaborations in other fields.
The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy team and the BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud team had the opportunity to visit the Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant on Thursday (24/11). We would like to thank Mr. Joko Sutopo, Director of Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant, who warmly received us and invited us to visit their plant. During this visit, we had the opportunity to learn about the latest system innovations, work culture, projects and new tools of Schneider Electric Cikarang as a smart factory. On this occasion, our co-director, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, had the opportunity to present our innovative projects in the field of educational learning, which aims to help students and teachers to use the Schneider Electric equipment provided in vocational schools. We hope to collaborate soon in operator training using digital training tools. It was a great honour and pleasure to discuss our common training issues. We are looking forward to our first work together.
