Visit of Cultural Counsellor of the French Embassy in Indonesia to CoE EARE

On Monday (7/10), we were honored to receive a visit from the Cultural Counsellor of the French Embassy in Indonesia, Institut Français Indonesia, Jules Irrmann accompanied by Antoine Bricout, Attaché for Academic Cooperation and Education at IFI Thamrin Jakarta.

The visit was warmly welcomed by Manuel AZIBI, France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, as co-director of the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy and several other representatives of CoE EARE and BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud.

We also had the opportunity to engage in a fruitful discussion with the head of BBPPMPV BMTI Kemendikbud, Bapak Supriyono. During the meeting, we discussed the CoE potential and strategy for other projects, particularly in the field of vocational education between Indonesia and France.

Visit from SMKN 1 Jakarta

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from teachers and students of 10th grade from SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta at our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. The purpose of the visit was to observe the Schneider Electric equipment in the CoE EARE laboratories and also to awakening the interest of students in the field of electricity, automation and renewable energy. The visit was supervised by our Co-Director, Mr. Manuel AZIBI. In this occasion, we had the opportunity to all Schneider Electric equipment in order to presented our facilities and laboratories provided at CoE EARE. Through this visit, we hope that the students will have a new interest in the fields!

Partnership exploration with ITB

On 12 July 2022, CoE EARE had the honor of meeting with Mr. Andika Putra Pratama, Head of International Relation at Institut Teknologi Bandung, in order to expand the partnership with some universities in Indonesia.

Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant's visit

This week, we had the honour of hosting and meeting members of Schneider Electric Indonesia - Cikarang Plant at our office located at BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. The objectives of this visit were : - to continue the discussion on how to harmonise industry needs and skills in vocational schools. - to work on joint training courses that could support new recruits. - to offer internships with industrial subjects to higher education establishments.
