Launch of CoE EARE Community Platform

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy had an honor to receive Catoer Wibowo and Dintani Naimah from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH or commonly known as GIZ Indonesia & ASEAN on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was very delighted to have another opportunity to visit Schneider Electric Cikarang Factory with a delegation of 6 French experts from PlastiCampus Plasticampus Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications & Campus des métiers et des qualifications Microtechniques et Systèmes Intelligents and also with our students internships. The objective of the visit was to discuss about the skills and competency needed in the company, the virtual and augmented reality solutions and also the cooperation between private and sector public. In this occasion, our students internship had the opportunity to present a milestone of their work on the digitalization of training with XR OA software, named EnergyLab this time. The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy has started the training of 8 teachers from 8 vocational high schools (SMK) in Industrial Automation. The trainees have participated in this training for about 6 weeks training course from August to September 2022. We are pleased to welcome Analeila Devira Lorenzi, a new assistant at CoE EARE. In her second week on the job, she did a translation during the presentation process. On the other hand, the Co-Director Mr. Manuel AZIBI presented the CoE EARE project and the French education system. He also demonstrated the projects with Virtual Reality for learning. These learning innovations, which aim to help SMK teachers to use the Schneider Electric equipment received in their schools, awakening a lot of interest from the trainees.
