Launch of CoE EARE Community Platform

Of course, one of the main objectives of the CoE is to increase the competence of students in SMK by training and equipping teachers. But it is also important for the CoE to - to listen to the expectations of the companies in terms of expected skills. - to propose internships to improve professionalization - to be interested in the employability of these students. - to take stock of current job offers. It is in this context that the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy warmly welcomed Mr. Joko Sutopo, Director of the Schneider Electric Cikarang plant and his team, on Friday 4 November 2022. On August, Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant held a workshop on “Curriculum Adaptation and Industrial Work Culture for Student Competency Improvement” at SMKN 1 Cikarang Selatan, one of CoE’s SMK in automation field. This workshop aims to harmonize approaches to work-based learning in the vocational school. Through this workshop, the students will be able to know the work environnement and some skills needed in industry. This type of initiative is highly complementary to our CoE EARE training initiatives.
