New Industrial Automation and Electrical Installation Training Batch for SMK Technicians

For the 2022 program, the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy plans to extend its collaboration with some of the Campus des métiers et des qualifications in France. A Campus des métiers et des qualifications or CMQ is a network that brings together all the stakeholders (high school, higher education institutions, training organizations, research laboratories, companies and associations) in a sector of activity to develop the skills required by the industries.

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy has conduct the fifth SENAR application test of the digital innovation technology based on Augmented Reality at vocational schools, SMKN 34 Jakarta. We would like to thank the principal, the teachers, the staff and the students for the warmly welcomed and wonderful hospitality. We are delighted to welcome the Director general of vocational schools (SMK), Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia), Mr. Wardani Sugiyanto attend this event with Mr. Manuel AZIBI from France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse. In this occasion, Mr. Wardani had the opportunity to try the SENAR application. Therefore, the business and work in the field of applications are needed. This application could bring students to learn how to utilize an equipment through simulator, especially in the electrical, automation and renewable energy field. We would like to thank the presence of the International technical Expert in Vocational Education, Ms. Agnès Dovert, the Secretary General of Indonesian Ministry of Education team and Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia) team who attend this event. For about 6 months, Mame Diarra THIAM, French intern from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, has been interning at Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy. In the 4th week of July, she had the opportunity to present her final presentation of the EnergyLab project which develop simulation of pedagogical tools using EcoStruxure XR OA from Schneider Electric. Her study objects are EV Charger, PLC and Sensor.
