Of course, one of the main objectives of the CoE is to increase the competence of students in SMK by training and equipping teachers. But it is also important for the CoE to - to listen to the expectations of the companies in terms of expected skills. - to propose internships to improve professionalization - to be interested in the employability of these students. - to take stock of current job offers. It is in this context that the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy warmly welcomed Mr. Joko Sutopo, Director of the Schneider Electric Cikarang plant and his team, on Friday 4 November 2022. CoE EARE participated in Gelar Vokasi (Indonesian Vocational Education Exhibition) 2022, organized by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. Many vocational high schools (SMK) and companies participated in the event to show their innovative products. The aim of the event is to present the collaboration between vocational education and industry.

For the 2022 program, the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy plans to extend its collaboration with some of the Campus des métiers et des qualifications in France. A Campus des métiers et des qualifications or CMQ is a network that brings together all the stakeholders (high school, higher education institutions, training organizations, research laboratories, companies and associations) in a sector of activity to develop the skills required by the industries.
