Visit from SMKN 1 Jakarta

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from teachers and students of 10th grade from SMK Negeri 1 Jakarta at our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. The purpose of the visit was to observe the Schneider Electric equipment in the CoE EARE laboratories and also to awakening the interest of students in the field of electricity, automation and renewable energy.

The visit was supervised by our Co-Director, Mr. Manuel AZIBI. In this occasion, we had the opportunity to all Schneider Electric equipment in order to presented our facilities and laboratories provided at CoE EARE.

Through this visit, we hope that the students will have a new interest in the fields!

Industrial Automation Training Batch 1 in 2022

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is starting the training of 11 teachers from 9 vocational high schools (SMK) in Industrial Automation. The trainees will follow 6 weeks training course from 22 June to 27 July 2022.

MoU between Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant & SMKN 2 Bawang

CoE EARE is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant and one of CoE's SMKs, SMKN 2 Bawang. This partnership represents a successful collaboration between industry and vocational schools. The aim of the partnership is to increase employee engagement through student internships, employment opportunities and on-the-job training for teachers. In terms of education, we organise seminars or sharing sessions with experts and we establish links with the curriculum, so that teachers and students can familiarise themselves with Schneider Electric's tools and standards of work (SOPs). As a result, they will be better prepared to work in SE.

French Delegation from CMQ PlastiCampus and Microtechniques

French Delegation from CMQ PlastiCampus and Microtechniques & Systèmes Intelligents The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy & BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud were delighted to receive a delegation of 6 French experts from the Plasticampus Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications & Campus des métiers et des qualifications Microtechniques et Systèmes Intelligents who will be staying in Indonesia for 12 days. After 2 days in Jakarta, where the delegation was warmly received by the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia) and the SMKN 26. The delegation is now at the CoE in Bandung. The objective of visit is to work on pedagogical ressources on Schneider Electric materials, create virtual platform for students & invite SMK teachers to do a training in France. We hope we can maximize the potential of this collaboration!
