The Centre of Excellence Receives a Visit from Government of Philippines It was an honor for The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from the Government of Philippines, Department of Science & Technology Region XI at Cimahi. This visit was supervised by Mr. Tubagus Kurniawan as the Head of Electrical Department at BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. During this visit, we had an opportunity to showed all Schneider Electric equipment and also explained the utility of the equipments. The presentation followed by a discussion regarding the differences of developments in Indonesia and Phillippines. Thank you for the interesting discussion. We are pleased to announce the signing of a new partnership agreement between the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy and the French Department of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Professor Tri Indri Hardini, Dean of the Faculty of Language and Literature, signed the document with Mr. Manuel AZIBI, Co-Director of the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy.

The launch of the tenth link and match vocational education program in the West Java region this year involved 2,604 SMKs and 885 industries. This has exceeded the target made by the Ministry of Industry, involved 2,600 SMKs and 750 industries. The Minister of Industry, Airlangga Hartarto, gave the highest appreciation to all SMK and industry parties who were enthusiastically involved in the strategic program. This was stated at PT.
