The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy has started the training of 8 teachers from 8 vocational high schools (SMK) in Industrial Automation. The trainees have participated in this training for about 6 weeks training course from August to September 2022. We are pleased to welcome Analeila Devira Lorenzi, a new assistant at CoE EARE. In her second week on the job, she did a translation during the presentation process. On the other hand, the Co-Director Mr. Manuel AZIBI presented the CoE EARE project and the French education system. He also demonstrated the projects with Virtual Reality for learning. These learning innovations, which aim to help SMK teachers to use the Schneider Electric equipment received in their schools, awakening a lot of interest from the trainees.
Of course, one of the main objectives of the CoE is to increase the competence of students in SMK by training and equipping teachers. But it is also important for the CoE to - to listen to the expectations of the companies in terms of expected skills. - to propose internships to improve professionalization - to be interested in the employability of these students. - to take stock of current job offers. It is in this context that the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy warmly welcomed Mr. Joko Sutopo, Director of the Schneider Electric Cikarang plant and his team, on Friday 4 November 2022. Thank you for the fruitful visit and discussion. We look forward to our future collaboration!
We are pleased to announce the signing of a new partnership agreement between the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy and the French Department of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
