Industrial Automation Training Batch 1 in 2022

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is starting the training of 11 teachers from 9 vocational high schools (SMK) in Industrial Automation. The trainees will follow 6 weeks training course from 22 June to 27 July 2022. Our intern, Cédric Hénon, had the opportunity to show his first work on the EcoStruxure XR Operator Advisor project with Augmented Reality technology. On the other hand, the Co-Director and Technical Expert of France Éducation international, French Ministry of Education, Mr. Manuel AZIBI presented the CoE EARE project and the French education system. He also demonstrated the SENAR project with Virtual Reality for learning. These learning innovations, which aim to help SMK teachers to use the Schneider Electric equipment received in their schools, aroused a lot of interest from the trainees.

Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant's visit

This week, we had the honour of hosting and meeting members of Schneider Electric Indonesia - Cikarang Plant at our office located at BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. The objectives of this visit were : - to continue the discussion on how to harmonise industry needs and skills in vocational schools. - to work on joint training courses that could support new recruits. - to offer internships with industrial subjects to higher education establishments.

Education Ministry Collaborates with Schneider Electric in Establishing Centre of Excellence

Schneider Electric, as a global company in the digital transformation of energy management and transformation, collaborated with the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture to establish the Centre of Excellence in Electricity, Automation, and Renewable Energy. The Expert Staff of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the field of Innovation and Competitiveness, Ananto Kusuma Seta, said that the launch was a follow-up action program for the cooperation agreement between the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, the French Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, French Schneider Electric Foundation, and PT Schneider Indonesia.
