SMK Islam Kawalu Tasikmalaya students' visit to CoE EARE

On Tuesday, November 23, 2021, we received Computer and Network Engineering students from SMK Islam Kawalu Tasikmalaya with their teachers to make a visit to our premises. The purpose of this visit is to observe some of the BMTI departments and one of them is the CoE. Mr. Azibi welcomed the group and showed them the training rooms and their teaching materials. He and our Master Trainer also explained some of the facilities and how training is conducted in this institution. The participants of the tour were excited to have visited the CoE.

French Intern at CoE EARE for EcoStruxure XR Operator Advisor Project

CoE EARE is pleased to welcome Cédric Hénon, a French engineering student from ESIROI (Reunion Island Indian Ocean Engineering School) for a 4 months internship from May to early September 2022 for the EcoStruxure XR Operator Advisor project.

New Industrial Automation and Electrical Installation Training Batch for SMK Technicians

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received 19 vocational high school (SMK) technicians in Electrical Installation and Industrial Automation. The trainees will follow 2 weeks training course from January to February 2023 at our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. Our Co-Director and Technical Expert of France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, presented the CoE EARE project and the French education system. He also demonstrated the SENAR project with Virtual Reality for learning. These learning innovations, which aim to help SMK teachers to use the Schneider Electric equipment received in their schools, awakening a lot of interest from the trainees. Currently, we are conducting trials in several vocational high schools (SMK) to get feedback on this application in education.
