CoE EARE meluncurkan platform komunitasnya dengan menggunakan aplikasi Discord untuk menghubungkan semua peserta training (guru dan teknisi sekolah kejuruan) dari awal proyek, Master Trainer, CoE EARE, dan Schneider Electric Indonesia.
Of course, one of the main objectives of the CoE is to increase the competence of students in SMK by training and equipping teachers. But it is also important for the CoE to - to listen to the expectations of the companies in terms of expected skills. - to propose internships to improve professionalization - to be interested in the employability of these students. - to take stock of current job offers. Our co-director, Manuel AZIBI, finally met the Schneider Electric France team. It was a pleasure to meet the team in person after working together on virtual reality and augmented reality project. In this team, we were able to meet Cédric Hénon, who was our student intern at the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy for about 4 months in 2022 and who continues to work for Schneider Electric.
