French Intern at CoE EARE for EnergyLab Project

On 9th September 2022, The Electrical Engineering Study Program of the University Of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM), precisely from CoE (Center of Excellence) Solar Power Plant (PLTS) just held a visit activity in order to seek the potential collaboration with Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy. In this occasion, we had the opportunity to present our facilites and our equipment in order to establish the new cooperation such as internship at Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy. We are looking forward for the further initiatives and establish future collaboration.

Of course, one of the main objectives of the CoE is to increase the competence of students in SMK by training and equipping teachers. But it is also important for the CoE to - to listen to the expectations of the companies in terms of expected skills. - to propose internships to improve professionalization - to be interested in the employability of these students. - to take stock of current job offers. It is in this context that the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy warmly welcomed Mr. Joko Sutopo, Director of the Schneider Electric Cikarang plant and his team, on Friday 4 November 2022. Our Co-director and technical expert from France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, had the opportunity to visit ASECH - Center of Excellence on Smart City in Bali. On this occasion, we had the opportunity to visit all facilities at the center of excellence on smart city.
