The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from SMK 1 Sukatani Purwakarta, West Java, to our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. This visit was supervised by Mr. Didi Kurniadi, our master trainer, and the CoE EARE team. During the visit we had the opportunity to present and explain our facilities and laboratories. On this occasion, our trainer demonstrated the operation of the systems to explain the usefulness of the equipment. Thank you for your visit, and we hope to have inspired some vocations in these young people!
The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy has conduct the fifth SENAR application test of the digital innovation technology based on Augmented Reality at vocational schools, SMKN 34 Jakarta. We would like to thank the principal, the teachers, the staff and the students for the warmly welcomed and wonderful hospitality. We are delighted to welcome the Director general of vocational schools (SMK), Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia), Mr. Wardani Sugiyanto attend this event with Mr. Manuel AZIBI from France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse. Therefore, the business and work in the field of applications are needed. This application could bring students to learn how to utilize an equipment through simulator, especially in the electrical, automation and renewable energy field. This week, we had the honour of hosting and meeting members of Schneider Electric Indonesia - Cikarang Plant at our office located at BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud. The objectives of this visit were : - to continue the discussion on how to harmonise industry needs and skills in vocational schools. - to work on joint training courses that could support new recruits. - to offer internships with industrial subjects to higher education establishments.
