Governing Board Meeting (GBM)

On Tuesday 16 May 2023, France and Indonesia held a successful Governing Board Meeting (GBM) at the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia). The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud), the Ministry of National Education and Youth, Schneider Electric Indonesia, the Schneider Electric Foundation and the French Embassy in Indonesia participated in this meeting.

This event, moderated by Ms. Agnès Dovert, International Technical Expert at the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, included valuable contributions from :

SENAR Application test at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi

Yesterday was a big day for CoE EARE! The launch of a test phase of the SENAR Virtual Reality app in 10 Indonesian SMK. Using the SENAR app is as easy as watching a video on your phone. Mobile AR (Augmented Reality) is intuitive and can be used immediately, remotely or in the classroom. Trainees need only 30 seconds to familiarise themselves with the simple and user-friendly interface.

Visit from New Caledonia Delegation

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was delighted to welcome the delegation from New Caledonia, accompanied by Bernadette Thomas, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse (MENJ) and Mathilde Croquet, Institut Français Indonesia (IFI). We were able to present the CoE's project on our premises hosted by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, as well as to visit our valued partner, SMKN 1 Cimahi for a constructive exchange with the teaching teams and students. The delegation from New Caledonia, comprising : Didier VIN-DATICHE Vice-Rector Isabel ARELLANO, European and international relations and cooperating / Cultural and artistic action Sabrina ELMOUR, National Education inspector for Literature and English Frank COGNET, National Education Inspector for Technical Education Christophe BERGER, Headmaster from Auguste Escoffier High School Who carried out this exploratory mission to build educational cooperation in several vocational specialties. The possibilities are numerous, thanks to the geniality of the SMKN 1 Cimahi and Ibu Dewi (Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat) teams. We would like to thank you for your superb exchanges and for the highly motivating joint project prospects!

Ancora Foundation's visit

On Wednesday 16 August 2023, The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy and BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud had an honor to receive Ahmad Zakky Habibie, Ratri Pratiwi & Dina Fatia from Ancora Foundation. Ancora Foundation is a philantrophic organization with an overriding objective to light fire in the minds of the young Indonesia through education. The purpose of this visit is to see our facilities and also to discuss some issues regarding the education. Also, thank you to Aswita W. Saragih & Ancora Foundation for the overwhelming support that made this bilateral project success.
