Visit from SMK 24 PGRI Jakarta

The CoE project has already equipped 125 SMK across Indonesia. Some of these SMK have the possibility to become Regional Center of Excellence and disseminate their new skills and share their equipment with neighboring SMK. This is the case of SMKN 1 Tana Toraja and SMKN 2 Komodo who became RCoE after a one-week on-site training. We would like to thank our master trainer, Pak Tubagus Kurniawan, who conducted the training in these 2 SMK. The teachers were trained in the use of the equipment received and we hope that the trained teachers will be able to make an impact on the surrounding schools.

On August, Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant held a workshop on “Curriculum Adaptation and Industrial Work Culture for Student Competency Improvement” at SMKN 1 Cikarang Selatan, one of CoE’s SMK in automation field. This workshop aims to harmonize approaches to work-based learning in the vocational school. Through this workshop, the students will be able to know the work environnement and some skills needed in industry. This type of initiative is highly complementary to our CoE EARE training initiatives. GFA Consulting Group kembali mengirimkan peserta pelatihan di Centre of Excellence. Kali ini, giliran instruktur dari Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) yang akan mengikuti Advanced Training Solar Energy untuk durasi selama dua minggu terhitung mulai tanggal 14 hingga 25 Februari 2022.
