Visit from SMK 24 PGRI Jakarta

On 8 November 2022, our co-director, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, had the honour to meet with Mr. Chris Avrain, Business Development Director of Industrial Supply of Schneider Electric East Asia Japan and Mrs. Aswita W. Saragih, Business Development of Education of Schneider Electric Indonesia at Schneider Electric Indonesia headquarters in Jakarta. The objective of the visit was to discuss the contribution of software in education, as well as the important role of simulation in learning. The work already done with SENAR and XR OA, paves the way to new challenges for the CoE, especially with industrial supervision and expert automation software from AVEVA. 6 vocational schools become regional center of excellence (RCoE) Of the 144 vocational high schools equipped by our project, some are becoming Regional Centres of Excellence (RCoE). Last month, 6 new schools became RCoEs: - SMKN 2 Kendal - SMKN 4 Lebong - SMKN 1 Cirebon - SMKN 2 Samarinda - SMKN 2 Bawang

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received one more batch with 32 vocational high school (SMK) teachers in electrical, automation and renewable energy field. The trainees have done training during 6 weeks from May to June 2023 at our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud.
