"Link and Match" Vocational Education between Vocational Schools and Industry Exceeds Target

On 8 November 2022, our co-director, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, had the honour to meet with Mr. Chris Avrain, Business Development Director of Industrial Supply of Schneider Electric East Asia Japan and Mrs. Aswita W. Saragih, Business Development of Education of Schneider Electric Indonesia at Schneider Electric Indonesia headquarters in Jakarta. The objective of the visit was to discuss the contribution of software in education, as well as the important role of simulation in learning. The work already done with SENAR and XR OA, paves the way to new challenges for the CoE, especially with industrial supervision and expert automation software from AVEVA. Cimahi – A total of 14 teachers have participated in Electrical Installation Training Batch 5th CoE EARE from July 7 – August 17, 2019, at the CoE EARE Building, P4TK BMTI Bandung.

It was an honor for Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from students from SMKN 1 Banyuasin III Palembang, South Sumatra at our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, Thursday (15/09/2022). The visit was received by Mr. Tubagus Kurniawan as the Head of the Electrical Department and the team from CoE EARE. In this occasion, as usual we presented our facilites and laboratories in order to show and explain the utility of our equipment. The presentation was interesting and the students actively asked and listened to explanations about the equipment. For this visit, the students accompanied by their teachers with a purpose of visit was to seek a new insight and motivate their students to be able to obtain information about electricity, automation and renewable energy. Through this visit, we hoped that the students can pursue their education and career in this field!
