Visit from Government of Philippines

6 vocational schools become regional center of excellence (RCoE) Of the 144 vocational high schools equipped by our project, some are becoming Regional Centres of Excellence (RCoE). Last month, 6 new schools became RCoEs: - SMKN 2 Kendal - SMKN 4 Lebong - SMKN 1 Cirebon - SMKN 2 Samarinda - SMKN 2 Bawang

The Co-Director of the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy, Manuel AZIBI, had the opportunity to meet with the Head of Staff, Strategy and Business Planning Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan HP Indonesia, Florence Lim Lai at our offices on 22 September 2022. The purpose of this visit was to present our projects, observe our laboratory equipment and discuss the opportunity for future cooperation between CoE EARE and HP Indonesia. On this occasion, HP Education presented its products and solutions for innovation in teaching and learning. It was also an opportunity to showcase our work in augmented and virtual reality as part of our skills dissemination projects in all 34 provinces of Indonesia. The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received one more batch with 32 vocational high school (SMK) teachers in electrical, automation and renewable energy field. The trainees have done training during 6 weeks from May to June 2023 at our office located in BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud.
