Visit from Government of Philippines

Following cross-visits between Politeknik Manufaktur Bandung Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bandung (PMS-ITB) and Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy, we are currently preparing a collaborative programme between CoE EARE and POLMAN Bandung and neighbouring SMKs. As part of this programme, we plan to : - sharing laboratories to increase practical activities, - working together on educational projects for students - offering internships, particularly in virtual and augmented reality.

The Co-Director of the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy, Manuel AZIBI, had the opportunity to meet with the Head of Staff, Strategy and Business Planning Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan HP Indonesia, Florence Lim Lai at our offices on 22 September 2022. The purpose of this visit was to present our projects, observe our laboratory equipment and discuss the opportunity for future cooperation between CoE EARE and HP Indonesia. On this occasion, HP Education presented its products and solutions for innovation in teaching and learning. It was also an opportunity to showcase our work in augmented and virtual reality as part of our skills dissemination projects in all 34 provinces of Indonesia. Pada tanggal 2 Juni 2022, Pusat Keunggulan Bidang Listrik, Otomasi, dan Energi Terbarukan merayakan 125 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) yang diperlengkapi hasil kerjasama Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia, Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Perancis dan Schneider Electric di SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Selatan.
