Workshop on “Curriculum Adaptation and Industrial Work Culture for Student Competency Improvement” by Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant

We are pleased to announce the signing of a new partnership agreement between the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy and the French Department of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Professor Tri Indri Hardini, Dean of the Faculty of Language and Literature, signed the document with Mr. Manuel AZIBI, Co-Director of the Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy.

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy is currently hosting Hanif Adjani Prasanna Putra, a student from Universitas Padjadjaran for a three (3) month internship from March to early May 2023, to carry out translations of educational resources. Indeed, Hanif is helping us to translate from French to Indonesian, the educational resources created by French experts from different CMQ (Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications) partners of the CoE. At the end of the day, teachers and students from vocational high schools (SMK), will be able to directly use practical activities adapted to the Schneider Electric equipment received in their school. The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was delighted to welcome the delegation from New Caledonia, accompanied by Bernadette Thomas, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse (MENJ) and Mathilde Croquet, Institut Français Indonesia (IFI). We were able to present the CoE's project on our premises hosted by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, as well as to visit our valued partner, SMKN 1 Cimahi for a constructive exchange with the teaching teams and students. The delegation from New Caledonia, comprising : Didier VIN-DATICHE Vice-Rector Isabel ARELLANO, European and international relations and cooperating / Cultural and artistic action Sabrina ELMOUR, National Education inspector for Literature and English Frank COGNET, National Education Inspector for Technical Education Christophe BERGER, Headmaster from Auguste Escoffier High School Who carried out this exploratory mission to build educational cooperation in several vocational specialties. The possibilities are numerous, thanks to the geniality of the SMKN 1 Cimahi and Ibu Dewi (Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat) teams.
