One more training course for SMK teachers!

Last week, our Co-Director, Manuel AZIBI, France Éducation international, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse, had a honor to be part of Solar Industry Meet-Up with GIZ Indonesia & ASEAN and Schneider Electric in Kupang, NTT.

On August, Schneider Electric Cikarang Plant held a workshop on “Curriculum Adaptation and Industrial Work Culture for Student Competency Improvement” at SMKN 1 Cikarang Selatan, one of CoE’s SMK in automation field. This workshop aims to harmonize approaches to work-based learning in the vocational school. Through this workshop, the students will be able to know the work environnement and some skills needed in industry. This type of initiative is highly complementary to our CoE EARE training initiatives. French Delegation from CMQ PlastiCampus and Microtechniques & Systèmes Intelligents The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy & BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud were delighted to receive a delegation of 6 French experts from the Plasticampus Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications & Campus des métiers et des qualifications Microtechniques et Systèmes Intelligents who will be staying in Indonesia for 12 days. After 2 days in Jakarta, where the delegation was warmly received by the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia) and the SMKN 26. The delegation is now at the CoE in Bandung. The objective of visit is to work on pedagogical ressources on Schneider Electric materials, create virtual platform for students & invite SMK teachers to do a training in France. We hope we can maximize the potential of this collaboration!
