Pembukaan Pelatihan Energi Terbarukan untuk Instruktur Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK)

Setelah selesai pelatihan pertama untuk dosen Politeknik pada 31 Januari – 11 Februari 2022, GFA Consulting Group yang diberikan mandat dari pemerintah Swiss kembali mengirimkan peserta pelatihan di Centre of Excellence. Kali ini, giliran instruktur dari Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) yang akan mengikuti Advanced Training Solar Energy untuk durasi selama dua minggu terhitung mulai tanggal 14 hingga 25 Februari 2022. Peserta pelatihan berasal dari berbagai BLK di seluruh Indonesia, universitas dan politeknik dari Maluku serta personil dari Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Mereka telah mengikuti pelatihan untuk Solar PV Basic di BLK Serang pada tahun 2021 dan pelatihan ini merupakan kelanjutannya. Pelatihan ini awalnya ditujukan untuk 15 orang, namun beberapa peserta mengalami hambatan terkait Covid, sehingga peserta yang bisa hadir hanya 13 orang. Untuk menjaga kesehatan peserta dan para personil selama pelatihan, peserta, pengajar dan panitia training diminta untuk melakukan tes antigen setiap hari. Hanya yang memiliki hasil negatif saja yang diperkenankan hadir. Dalam acara pembukaan yang dilaksanakan secara hybrid ini, turut hadir Bapak Supriyono selaku Kepala BBPPMPV BMTI yang memberikan materi tentang kebijakan program teknik energi terbarukan, Bapak Martin Stottele selaku Team Leader Renewable Energy Skills Development (RESD) GFA Group, Bapak Heru S. sebagai perwakilan Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (Binalavotas) Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan, dan Bapak Laode Sulaeman dari Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Ketenagalistrikan, Energi Baru, Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi (PPSDM KEBTKE) yang membuka program pelatihan ini secara resmi. Program pelatihan ini berjalan dalam rangka pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia untuk menjawab kebutuhan energi terbarukan untuk memasok persediaan listrik yang merata di seluruh Indonesia, kerja sama pemerintah Indonesia, Swiss dan Prancis.

French Delegation from CMQ PlastiCampus and Microtechniques & Systèmes Intelligents The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy & BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud were delighted to receive a delegation of 6 French experts from the Plasticampus Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications & Campus des métiers et des qualifications Microtechniques et Systèmes Intelligents who will be staying in Indonesia for 12 days. After 2 days in Jakarta, where the delegation was warmly received by the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia) and the SMKN 26. The delegation is now at the CoE in Bandung. The objective of visit is to work on pedagogical ressources on Schneider Electric materials, create virtual platform for students & invite SMK teachers to do a training in France. We hope we can maximize the potential of this collaboration!

Visit from Schneider Electric Global

On September 26, 2022, Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy had an honor to receive the Energy Director from Schneider Electric Global, ABHIMANYU SAHU. The purpose of this visit was to observe the Schneider Electric equipment in the CoE EARE laboratories and to discuss further cooperation with Schneider Electric Indonesia. In addition, he also gave a feedback, shared the practice’s experience from another centre of excellence and planned the next possible actions in our strong collaboration. It was also the opportunity for us to show our educational work in augmented and virtual reality project. These learning innovation which are still in translate phase to Indonesian aims to help teacher to use the Schneider Electric equipment that has been received in their schools. Our Co-Director, Manuel AZIBI, will conduct several tests at some vocational schools in Indonesia.

Visit from SMK 24 PGRI Jakarta

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy hosted a visit from SMK 24 PGRI Jakarta on Tuesday (08/11). The students were accompanied by their two teachers and the aim of the visit was to motivate and raise the students' interest in the electrical, automation and renewable energy professions. As part of this, we presented the Schneider Electric equipment in our laboratory and the students were fascinated by the visit and surprised to see all these learning tools. At the end of the visit, they had the opportunity to test the equipment. What a pleasure to see them working in our laboratories! We hope that this visit will motivate the students to pursue their future career in this field!
