Visit to Schneider Electric Cikarang Factory with the French Delegation

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy was delighted to welcome the delegation from New Caledonia, accompanied by Bernadette Thomas, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse (MENJ) and Mathilde Croquet, Institut Français Indonesia (IFI). We were able to present the CoE's project on our premises hosted by BBPPMPV BMTI Kemdikbud, as well as to visit our valued partner, SMKN 1 Cimahi for a constructive exchange with the teaching teams and students. The delegation from New Caledonia, comprising : Didier VIN-DATICHE Vice-Rector Isabel ARELLANO, European and international relations and cooperating / Cultural and artistic action Sabrina ELMOUR, National Education inspector for Literature and English Frank COGNET, National Education Inspector for Technical Education Christophe BERGER, Headmaster from Auguste Escoffier High School Who carried out this exploratory mission to build educational cooperation in several vocational specialties. The possibilities are numerous, thanks to the geniality of the SMKN 1 Cimahi and Ibu Dewi (Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat) teams. GFA Group bekerja sama dengan CoE EARE untuk mengadakan pelatihan bagi dosen Politeknik dan instruktur Badan Latihan Kerja (BLK) di bidang Energi Terbarukan. Batch 1 dibuka pada tanggal 31 Januari 2022 untuk 12 dosen dari 6 Politeknik berbeda untuk energi surya level dasar.

The Centre of Excellence for Electricity, Automation and Renewable Energy received a visit from SMKN 2 Bawang, Central Java to our office in our building (19/10/2022). The visit was supervised by our Master Trainers Mr. Tatang Sukendar & Mr. Didi Kurniadi. SMKN 2 Bawang is one of our project equipped schools in the field of industrial automation. So we were able to discuss about the use of Schneider Electric Indonesia equipment in this SMK and present our facilities and laboratories. On this occasion, Mr. Manuel AZIBI, co-director of CoE EARE, had the opportunity to present the projects of augmented and virtual reality applied to education. These innovative learning tools aim to help teachers and students of SMK to use the Schneider Electric equipment that has been received in their schools. CoE EARE will conduct several tests in the coming weeks to validate the proper functioning of these solutions in vocational high schools in Indonesia. We hope that this innovation will contribute to the electrical and automation skills of our students!
